Relatively new to the site and have enjoyed reading up on many topics.
I was reading through the NSN Link Budget slides ("05_RA41205EN10GLA0 LTE_Link_Budget_v02.pdf") which provide an overview / explanation on the inputs to their LB tool. For Cell Edge Throughput, the slides state to enter a value to be transmitted to a single user during one TTI (1ms). Seemingly simple enough.
My question, and I'm probably way over thinking the conversion, but does this really mean that if I wanted to supply 1000 kbps at the Cell Edge then what should be the appropriate value for the tool should be? Is it just 1?
