Version 6.79. When i download 1/4 map of a city, the result are all blank images. The big map is a problem ?Zoom level : 16

When i download a full map of a city , some image a blank :

But 1/4 or smaller map of a city, it seems to be OK.
Google Satellite Maps Downloader cannot download a big map ?
How can i download full map of a city ?

possible your setting for download is not correct
