how to calculate Maximum SD Traffic that could be carried by SD Static TSs
?

Use Erlang B table to calculate the traffic e.g if there are 3(24 sub-timeslots) SDCCH Timeslots, look in the Erlang-B table at 0.005 blocking probability for 24 and it will be around 14.2 Erlangs of traffic.
