you should post some nice and good documents ,useful tools or sharing your knowledge regarding posted issues to get reputation.
Members of forum can give you reputation by evaluating your posts and by pressing Star button below your post can add to your reputation

Nothing will show until you either have recommendation or give recommendation to someone else (confusing...). Simply star someone's post (like this one :) ) and then you will see (Reputation Power = X) in a Recommendation section.
