ATDI ICS Manager

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has changed the format of BR IFIC (International Frequency Information Circular) from MS Access to SQL. The tool ICS Manager is used to have access to frequency usage by countries and perform compatibility analysis. There was relatively newer version 5.12 of ICS Manager being kindly shared in the Forum, but it cannot provide access to SQL data. It would be nice if someone can share newer version of ICS Manager with the rest of the Forum.
