In the case of ACTIX..you need special license like "E*******UMTS-GPEH" ... for open the log

i find GPEH analysis is easy it can be done very simply in a tab converted file in OSS. we just have to clear about signalling. i my self started reading the messages and with the knowledge call flow find it very easy to understand.

How do you convert the files?

use the decoder.pl in moshell installation folder.
flow.pl and flowfox.pl (moshell isntallation folder) are also useful.
