Is the MINI-LINK E terminal connected as far end to a MINI-LINK TN or co-sited and connected via Ethernet Cable?

Yes,the TN is co-sited with sau ip through lan cable,

SAU IP should configured with the same IP-subnet as the TN node.
If the SAU is not configured at all, you need to connect directly to the SAU using USB (if supported) or Ethernent cable.
