hi we have converted all FPDCH to SPDCH to decrease GSL utilizaton and make efficient use of Garp. does this change can degrade on any KPI or degrade user perception in practical scenario as there is no degradation as per KPI's.

having SPDCH is more lucrative

FPDCH is to guarantee that your VIP users will get PDCH, while there is no guarantee that SPDCH be activated in high GSL utilization times, normally you should have a combination of both.
