adjacent channel definitions

How to configure neighbour definitions? have one site and i want to excluded adjacent channel in neighbour list. only i include that when the state is in idle mode, and then remove when at dedicated mode? this is for huawei. appreciate your response!

I think you just need to remove the target cell from your neighbor list or set target (Qqualmin/Qrexlevmin) and search interfreq/RAT HO is higher than before.
