Hi Experts,

One particular sector is having high Eul Rejections due to user adm limit, what are the possibilities to offload it with other neighbors. Rest assure IFLS optimal settings are already applied. I don't want to touch electrical tilts w.r.t neighbors. Is their any option to tune congestion related parameters.
