LTE Tests Scenarios Help

Hi guys, I'm new to LTE and for some test needs i have to run the following scenarios:

- LTE session with default bearer
- LTE session with default bearer+ dedicated bearer
- LTE session with 2 default bearer and 1 dedicated bearer

Anyone knows how to push the mobile to follow up these scenarios, in which Network element i have to configure which bearers shall be used?
