LTE IP congestions

Dear Experts, could You please help with the following question:

Is there a way to see whether there are any congestions over ENodeB's IP interface? In 3G RBS exists the counter pmCapAllocIubHsLimitingRatioSpiXX which shows the percentage of Iub limitations. Is there anything similar in ERBS?

Try to look for pmIfInDiscardsLink1 and pmIfOutDiscardsLink1. They show the number of discarded packets due to i.e. full buffer.
