Looking for One-on-One training. LTE -> Inter-RAT + VoLTE

I am new to the telecoms world, I need some training on the following:

1.) LTE to 2G Inter-RAT scenarios.
2.) LTE to 3G Inter-RAT scenarios.
3.) VoLTE (IMS)

if anyone has expertise in these areas, please contact me. I am willing to pay on an hourly basis, would like training online via skype or webex sort of tool.
