IOS7 radio improvements

After IOS7 released the 2G TCH drops, 3G RRC drops and 3G2G IRATHO failures improved significantly for Iphone5 phones, however 2G paging failure rate still very poor (10%).
Anybody experience the same?
Any thoughts on 2G paging SR? BSC paging coordination used.
