ONE WAY TRAFFIC

Can someone assist what could be the course of one way traffic in a 2G site with 2/2/2 configuration.this problem occurs when all sectors are up but when one of the sectors is down,it operates normal.it also registers this fault: TRA PCU REMOTE TRANSCODER PCU COM LOST and TRA TS LOST IDLE faults.
