Improve Upload Throughput R99

Hi all.
can someone help me to improve throughput for UL R99..?
I have problem with that, from drive test result not more than 50kbps for upload there is problem for me because the other site have throughput more than 200kbps for UL R99..!
Please help me..

2. Ec/No and RSCP
3. Alarm site
4. Transmission
5. Iub bandwidth

Hi,

first thing you have to check is UL SF (spreading factor in RAB setup/reconfiguration). It should be SF4 to get you 200Kbps. If you not sure how to find it, post decoded message in the forum, the experts will be able to look at it.

Once you know that, you will have to look at Cell Admission Control.

Also you can compare parameter settings between good and bad sites.

Check available CE and license, because sometimes wireless guys forget to upload license and NodeB is severely limited.
