Radio Parameter Management tool

Hi

Anyone using any COTS product for 2G/3G/4G Radio Parameter Management (which can discover the Network element and fetch its configuration parameter) which has multi-vendor support? I am looking for some product name. Heard that Amdoc has has a module for this but not able to get any details. Any pointers will be highly appreciated.
