Hello sir,
Could you help to suggest on how to connect FSR1 scanner with Nemo 7 ?
Because we got an error Failed to start handler 'Nemo FSR1' from the measurement server '<Local>' when we tried to active the device.

Hello Saunders,

You should verify the following things:
1. Verify that your license allows you to connect Nemo FSR1 (there could be something wrong).
2. If you can connect to older Nemo versions - check your scanner firmwares, as if it is an older version you will not be able to connect to newer Nemo versions.
3. if you haven't tried to connect to earlier Nemo versions, check scanner connectivity (you can check with Nemo FSR1 Firmware tool)
4. The latest Nemo version is 7.1.0.9 so if the previous conditions are met, try this version.

Firmware check/update is done through Nemo Firmware Update tool. Actual firmware is part of the application (different app for each firmware version). You have option to check current firmware from it.
