Adjusting Electrical tilt in Nokia

Can some one elaborate how to perform electrical tilt changes on nokia infrastructure for UMTS?

The typical procedure with creating XML script and making a normal plan where tilt adjustment done via ANGLE parameter modification at RET object is not working well.

Any suggestions?

go to netact. then element management. gete the ip add of the cell you want to adjust ret.

then go to WBTS site manager and login to the ip address of the site. There you can see the RET settings and you can edit it there and implement.
