UMTS Capacity Dimensioning in Mass Event

Hi,

I need to plan the capacity for a 40000 people mass event, i.e., how many NB's, needed baseband capacity per NB, number of layers, etc.

Do you have any good document detailing the steps to do this dimensioning?
Btw, 3G vendor is NSN.
