Dear expert,
I have one problem regarding my formula used for following the performance of my Network...
We remarks that the CSSR is not corellated with the reject on OFFNET trafic due to some interconnexion probelms...
Exampl : we had 20% of OFFNET reject but the CSSR appeared with good value (99,5%)...
CSSR = (1 - SDCCH Blocking Rate) * (1 - SDCCH Drop Rate) * TCH Normal Assignment SR
Huawei GBSS 13.0 :
SDCCH Blocking Rate = (K3001)/(K3000)
SDCCH Drop Rate = (CM30)/(R4400B)
TCH Normal Assignment SR = (CA313)/(CA310)
Any Help of this issue?
