Actix - Display UMTS Detected Neighbors

Is Actix able to Display UMTS Detected Neighbors,
something like below window "from Genex Assistant"

You can make a .axl file by urself to show AS+MS+DS.

First time to know, that we could create files and import to Actix to add/ enable features

It‘s easy to do this.
Right click on the window and enter the Edit mode,then you can edit it and add other parameters you want to show.Just like VBA's form.
Sorry for no document for this.I believe someone has and will share it out.
