TEMS Route Analysis 8.1.1 error

Everytime i start TEMS Route Analysis 8.1.1 i get this error:"Envelope Unknown Error (E0031)" and the program doesnt start.

Anyone know how to solve this problem? Tems Data Collection is working fine by the way.

this problem need dongle for run it. please plug dongle.

I did a complete uninstall of TEMS using Revo uninstaller and then reinstalled it. Problem is now solved. Both Data collection and Route analysis used to work before and i had been facing this problem since couple of weeks ago.
