if TCH drops on Uplink received are high??

HI all,
I ll be thankful if any body would tell that what can we do to reduce TCH drops on Uplink received level in Huawei.
Written below counter having higher values on my sites.

M3030B:Call Drops on TCH(Uplink Received Level)

Any change in soft parameter change or feature which would help?

HARDWARE ISSUE = M3030A TO M3030K

Check hardware for VSWR or Diversity first or faulty TRX..Hope this helps

If TCH drop on Uplink high, there is a problem with path imbalance. Is it for a particular site or complete BSC. If for a particular site try to check hardware, connectors etc. If for a complete BSC try to check backhaul link or transmission issue. Hope this helps.
