From TS 25.331, Cell Identity IE, wich is send in SIB3 is a 28 bits that unambiguously each cell in the PLMN
Is there any relation betwwen this identity and CGI (MCC MNC LAC RNCID CELLID)?
Is there a mean to read CGI from signalling?
