is it possible to remote e******* Node B, ML TN, or iPaso using vpn?
If it was possible, what should be must be know?

well you can do VPN connection and remote node monitoring for every device which be accept IP connection and has got O&M Ethernet port.
the only thing that you have to provide is a Ethernet connection(with IP valid address) directly from the device to Telecommunication base station and from there to an ISP internet service provider and then ISP will provide you with the Internet connection and then you can do your remote connection through ISP.
just remind that Device Ethernet connection can be mapped to E1 VC-12 or Even to a 64Kbps for easy carriage between different Telecom base stations and ISP side.
