E******* CTR processing - ASN Decoder ltng

Hi Guys,
just wondered if anyone had a copy of the internal E******* tool which decodes LTE CTR traces offline. Its an ASN1 decoder called ltng.

To decode offline the LTE CTR, you need to install offline moshell and Ltedecoder and lteflowfox... To get those tools you need to have access to E******* Intranet till now I haven't seen any related post ( you can search for decoder and you can find one for WCDMA)
If you want to write a program by your own, it would be really difficult because messages are bit packed according to 3GPP standard and it needs huge effort and time to do so
