NSN - Static allocation for PS

Hello,

I have some problems with static PS allocation in NSN.
Lets say I have a BTS with 4 TRX (including BCCH), and GPRS parameters CDED,CDEF=40% and no traffic.
How many TS (In which TRX) will be allocated statically to PS ?

Further - lets say there is an increase in PS traffic, will the cell allocate 1 TS more for PS, or will it allocate an entire TRX more ?

Estimate, If you don't change The CDED Parameter, You wont change the CS capacity, so If you have only one TRX with GTRX and CDED=40%, You can activate a second TRX and change to CDED=20%. Its only ane example....
