TMA Attenuation Factor in BTS 3012

Hi Experts,
Can you please explain how attenuation factor is set for TMA in BTS 3012?

Also when both PBT and TMA are activated, do we still need to activate this attenuation factor?

I can verify UMTS 3206/3106 and 6601 TMA and attenuation parameters.
Is it same with 3012?

You can share for information but those are not same for BTS 3012 :(
