E******* UMTS 2100 Power Parameter

Hi all,

My question is about PrimarySCHpower and secondarySCHpower for E// UMTS 2100.
The défault value is -18.
In my network those parameters are set to -50 (for both). Is there recommendation (or rules) for the values ?
is it depending on primaryCPICHpower (or secondary)?
