CS DL IUB BAND Congestion

Hello friends,

Is there any posibility to improve CS DL IUB Band resource with out increase bandwidth transmission? Now , I have congestion in peak hours, with more than 64 HDSPA user and HDPAMINCODENUMBER=1...??

For any Iub congestion :
Add E1/IP migration
Create FTI (Factor Table Index)
In new created FTI, reduce the percentage number of packet transmitted in Iub (PSINTERDL, PSINTERUL, PSBKGDL, PSBKGUL, etc)




Add TRMFACTOR (to set the reduced PS in Iub)
Check ADJNODE (Check ANI of the nodeB)
Set ADJMAP for FTI

The action above solves, when you achieve the Max utilization of the IuB capacity. But when the IuB configuration its ok and you dont have full utilization the actions bellow can solve:

Chech if the number of connections of the each AAL2PATH in the nodeb didnt exceed 248, if yes just create another AAL2PATH.
You can use LDR to try to reduce the Beares of the R99 users.

You can kill EUL channels as a first step.
Then slowly kill data by reducing number of users.
You can also push traffic to GSM.
