having 42 reputation points, but still cannot access attachment

In User Control Panel, I see below information. Dose it mean I have 42 points of reputation? If so, why can I not access attachment? Thanks.Latest Reputation Received (42 point(s) total)

where in user control panel did you see your reputation points? coz' i can't see mine.. thanks

Click to add reputation points to one of the post you made and you will see yours or go to user control panel and it is in the end http://www.finetopix.com/usercp.php (Latest Reputation Received) or click find and type "reputation".

You can't miss it :)
