This version is V900R013ENGC00SPH558. My BSC6900 version is V900R013C00SPC300.
Do you have any UMAT version to read and decode it? Or how can I have codec.dll and pmon_omcb.dll files?

Try UMAT .372 version I think what you need is older version

Which version of your BSC6900 you use to trace? My BSC6900 version is V900R013C00SPC300.
Maybe your logfile is recorded by an old version. Can you try with the attached logfile?

I see your picture, and I think the problem is not because of UMAT, it because of the LMT dll lib.
My LMT is not support dll lib. I gave you a reps, can you share your LMT?

We have a online LMT.So dont have a software installer for that.:(
