Dear Gents;

I have a question regarding the DPUd board (BSC board); according to Huawei Documents there is a H/W limitation for the
number of PDTCHs that can be processed @ coding Scheme MCS9.

"Processes the PS services on up to 1,024 simultaneously active PDCHs where signals are coded in MCS9"

The Question is , Does this limitation might cause TBF congestion if the above capacity limitation is triggered?

What about the limitation on other codecs?

Appreciate your feedback;

Thanks

Actually in CDMA/EVDO DPUDb boards have the limitations of two types

Simultaneous connections
Flux as DPUDb board in CDMA can support upto 190 Mbps of combined flux (in upload and download directions).

In our case EVDO CSSR is degraded when the number of simultaneous connections exceeds the threshold. But most important thing is that DPU resources can be shared between different subracks of the BSC.
