Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 for TEMS Investigation Software

Please advice for the followings:

- Which TEMS Investigation Software version is supporting Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505?
- Any special setting or method are required to connect it?

Appreciate for any help, as older type of Samsung Galaxy S3 i9305 was very problematic: not response to command sequence, problem on download and upload, sometime restart by itself and automatically disconnected, etc, etc....

Tems 15.1 suport Galaxy S4, but it does not support common functionality such as locking UARFCN.. :(

For s4 i9505 you can use t15.x , and use method after select ( RNDIS+DM+MODEM) . For S3 i9305 which android version you are using ? . Better to you 4.3 and when you use enable USB usb tethering .

TEMS 15.xSamsung Galaxy S4 has this problems:Don't Support Channel Lock (UARFCN)The Band Lock or Technology Lock fails sometimes, for example, i got the phone locked on 2G but it changes to 3G, or even LTE, with a simcard that not supports LTE.Don't support C/I measures.It's not the best phone for tests.

I think there is this application for Autotether with USB mode setting. I have been using S3 with this application where in I can choose usb mode like

The autotether,apk is an application belong to Anite for Handy application, not available for TEMS but can try to use it...

please dial *#0808# on phone.. change connection type to RMNET+DM+MODEM...reboot

connect phone to PC.. no need "USB TETHERING"...work perfect on my PC with tems 15.x n 16.x...

For connect I9505 to tems need install pocket tems on phone
you can connect Qualcomm chipset samsung (depending on tems license) with tems without problems

After connecting phone give enough time for TEMS to detect it
do not press connect button while detecting even if TEMS shows device name
when detecting progress bar finished searching then press connect button , in this case you will see RAT & Frequency band lock as well
else
you will not see them.
