Hi,

the best way is to downtilt antennas.

the other way is to decrease threshold values for events 1a and 1b

Yet another way is to set max active set size to 2 (instead of 3)

The last 2 ways can increase drop rate - depends on the network

Downtilt and Re-pan of cells with the same coverage..It will minimize SHO Overhead.

Check the SHO report and based on it don optimization for the cells which are having more Share.

1.make sure if overlapping cell,try to reduce power cpich
if after reduce power cpich then SHO decrease go to step 2
2.downtilt the correlated cell

if u want more detail,u can use planner like PLANET or atoll to show how many serving cell on 1 spot and recheck with your SHO
