dear experts
we have IFHO problem, 100% fail from site A to site B, Where both of sites is in difference RNC and difference MSS polling. but this problem does not occur at ISHO and soft handover (site A site B relation).
action has been taken
* adji database check (rac, lac, scrcode, .. etc )
* Iur creation
* inner outer cell creation at MSS poll
any suggestion what we have to do?
note: (node B and RNC using nsn and core using e*******)
