bad voice (Robotic voice)

i have some case, difficult to analyze root cause about bad qual (robotic voice). It happens to both 2G and 3G calls and random area.

any can suggest me what suppose to do.

Hi, you have exSiemens or NSNs Core? We have this problem also in our network (exSiemens core for now) time to times and it's usually due to faulty connections at MSC's side. I have also heard that this can be happening in Full IP networks but haven't yet got a chance to work with Full IP network so I can not elaborate more.

we have use huawei for core, some bsc found have problem on TRAU/TCSM board problem,after change board frequency robotic decrease but still not clear.

some case is due high RTP Packet Loss if now using IP Transport

run a trace on a reproduced call with such problem and see the route,then check the STM1 boards associated in the route,
