Hi,

I have a question for you experts. Currently I have a NodeB (Huawei DBS3900) with 15 HS-DSCH Licenses available (shared among the 3 cells). I've checked the offender cell and it is under the following conditions:

Cell Level:
- Code Max Number for HS-PDSCH = 15
- This cell has problems due to VS.RAB.FailEstabPS.ULPower.Cong

So, what would be the impact if I increase HS-PDSCH from 15 to 45 Licenses???

Could this increase affect ULPower.Cong and become even worst??

No, it will not increase the UL power congestion. What you will gain from this is to improve the HSDPA throughput.

Hi im newbie too, i don't have any experience in Huawei. But in e*******, max pdsch code setting is 15 because the pdsch code is using sf 16. i dont know if it same with huawei. so i think you cannot set the hspdsch code more than 15.
the maximum of pdsch code is only 15 because from total 16 channel of sf 16, 1 sf16 use for signalling (sf32/sf64/sf128/sf256)
