Auto creation BSC/ LAC boarders

Dears,

Please do u know MapInfo tool could create Auto BSC/ LAC boarders
which could be saved as Tab file

you can use voronoi function.

Could you show me how to use?
I always got confused with this function

1、Createa new table named as voronoi.tab using table of you site point;
2、Click table-> voronoi, creat voronoi by the site point，save it in voronoi.tab;
3、step by step, set each column value of voronoi from you site point tab;
4、Click table-> Combine objects use column..,combine value by colume which contain BSC ID.
