[Problem Description]
After reselecting from a cell with one SCCPCH to a cell with two SCCPCHs, the latest version of iPhone4 does not receive any response for a long time after it sends an RRC connection request to the RNC. This greatly affects the user experience and the KPI RRC Setup Success Ratio.
[Cause]
This problem occurs in only the latest version of iPhone currently, but it’s unclear about the terminal problem because the problem occurs unexpectedly. Huawei will communicate with Apple to guide Apple’s improvement after reproducing the phenomenon in laboratory.
