Out Going External Cell HO count reduced after SWAP.
I have changed the parameters RX Lev Access Min to 12.
Edge HO UL Threshold to 14
Edge HO DL Threshold to 24

Will these parameters reduce the External Cell HO request count?

Rx Level Access Min will not impact to your HO Count.


But changing the Edge HO UL Rx_Lev Threshold & Edge HO DL Rx_Lev Threshold to a greater value (like you have done as default values are 10 & 20 resp.) will initiate un-necessary handovers & your handover count will increase.
