Huawei IUB UL Bandwidth degrade after adding more sectors

Please advise on belows case:




we found that Iub bandwidth of this site has been degrade since 30 May 2013 (a few day after add sector 4, 5 and 6) and its affecting HSUPA throughput

We faced this problem in our network before and the only solution was to reset the nodB and to check the IPBath by operation team for any abnormal beheavior

These counters means that the Flow Control - HSDPA is acting due to high delay and packet loss, so check at LST HSDPAFLOWCTRL (NodeB side). For default its dynamic, you can changed to Static to avoid that the bandwidth be reconfigured.
But just changing to static inst the final solution, so this will improve the user experience until you fix the IuB transmission.

Usually these happens when you put more data on a bad quality transmission. If you block 3 sectors, the problems seems that "disappear" but when you unblock again the problem come back again.
