Methods for reducing low SS Drops on 900 & 1800

I need suggestions for improving low SS drops on 900 & 1800 for E*******. Cells are located in dense urban area.

Need to check what Locating and accessibility parameter values being used? By fine tuning them and keeping a good balance between UL/ DL, you can achieve that.

You must :
1. check HW/alarm issue (such as : RxPathImbalance, RxPathLoss, VSWR limit exceeded, etc) and make sure HW configuration is correct.
2. check TA --> based on MRR to find overshooting issue.
2. check BSPWRB and BSPWRT --> power BCCH TRX and TCH TRX
3.check idle parameter (accmin, cro, cchpwr, pt, etc)
4. audit neighbor
5. check locating and layering parameter (BSRXMIN, MSRXMIN, RLINKT, RLINKUP, etc)
