No External Incoming HO from ******** to Huawei after SWAP

No External Incoming HO from ******** to Huawei after SWAP.

4 Sites swapped from ******** to Huawei in my NW. All 4 Sites were having no external intercell HO attempt.
Earlier it was the conflict of BSIC in ******** system as they were using the OCT2DEC converted values of Huawei BSIC.
After BSIC conflict modification 3 sites are ok but one site still with no HO Attempt.

Please check BSCs connected to same MSC or not? If different MSC, MSC must define NB LAC for HO.

Hello 2512,
BSC's are connected to same MSC's. Now recently swapped all all sites having this issue.
Huawei parameters Mapped, all are same with the normal cells.

Could you send DT log-file, engineering data to me, and problem cell name also?

As my experince, i met some case as below:
- Inter MSC HO, MSC did not define NB LAC -> Have HO request, but no HO command
- Inter BSC HO:
wrong external cell BCCH&BSIC -> No HO request
wrong LAC, CI -> No HO request or many HO failure
- Intra BSC no/very few HO cause by different TRX priority level setting
