Dears,
is anyone have experience with inbound roaming subscribers shifting another operator? Because we observed roaming users first choose my network, but certain time later they are choosing another operator. I think that subscribers do not manually choose operator. I think that in the city no coverage holes. But in case of rx level, another operators maybe better. I think that if MS has no coverage it will search better signal. Is it correct? Is UE can choose more better signal?
