Dear
I dont know once ******** start to disappear many issues start to come
I have got this alarm in cell wise (Flow control procedure has started barring normal calls from access classes 0-9) and I tried many things to solve it but still
any one expert in ******** System.
the procedure which I did:-
1- one site is connected one GPROC (BSCside)
2- increase the RACH_LOAD_PERIOD from5 to 16
3- rach_access_level_thresold from -120 to -110
