Handover failure without handover command

Dears,

I've strange issue
I've handover failure but when I check in Signaling message I don't see handover command that should be exist before handover failure
to know the target cell before failure
as shown below

Did u face this issue before?
Did u know what's the reason behind it?
How to know that source and target cell during handover failure?

hi,

i believe its the same handover which the MS reported as handover complete 5 messages back. But in actual it was failed as you didn't received anything except DL physical information. Then the mobile reported a failure.
