Disable the power control on the DCS

I have sites with GSM900 and DCS1800 , I need your helping about How can I disable the power control on the DCS and enable it on GSM900 in the same time and the cell.

Hi,
If you need the set of the necessary parameters with values, you should at least indicate the vendor and software release.
Usually PWC is a cell parameter, so there is no problem to switch it of only for DCS cells.
Could you please tell what is the reason for such decision?

PC is a cell parameter we cant turn it off for specific band.
