L12B - TCP lost packets limiting the DL speed - no problem in UDP

hello fellas

we have a problem on a site, L12B release.

the DL is limited when in TCP (which is most of the time usually)
we got max 20 Mbit/s and a lot of lost packets

the support did some tests in UDP with different MTU size (from 1000 to 1460) and all were above 80 Mbit/s

others sites in the same city don't have any problem in DL

i'm wondering if anyone got the same problem of TCP lost packets limiting the DL speed in their network

rk: the feature TCP optimisation is not actived in our network

Take the wireshark logs in UE and eNB site..post it here..we will have a look..just 2min log for small file size...

have you already try different server and client sw...how's about speed test...???

also check tcp window size....

if you have TTI analyzer, then it will be good to trace down detail....

what about uplink in the site with problem ? does it have also have the same settings for uplink scheduling as the working one ?
How much RTT do you measure in the problematic site ?
You will need to answer those question before moving further but
Most likely you are losing packets on the S1 or higher , You will need also the S1 wireshark capture

the problem came from the modem on site.
new modem - > no more issue

what you mean by "MODEM" which Modem? do you mean the DUL? DUS?
